Animal doodles are simple drawings built from a few round shapes, copied by children and adults into notebooks and cards. These nine pages are sheets of small animals grouped by where they live: farm, wild and sea. Each sheet comes in fine pen, bold marker or natural colored pencil. For another group, type it in the direction box.

  • An animal page in a child's notebook
  • A card with a small animal
  • A classroom animal chart
  • A drawing lesson on round shapes

Frequently asked questions

Do the animals need a lot of detail?
No. Each animal is built from circles and ovals with dot eyes, and the bold marker style uses the fewest strokes.
How many animals are on each sheet?
Five animals from one group: farm, wild or sea.
Can I request another group?
Yes. Type the group in the direction box, such as birds, insects or baby animals. A typed group is a request, so the result may differ from the samples.

About toile

This page is a showcase and a starting point: nine samples already rendered, three readings of the pack crossed with three styles, each shown at the size and ratio it was made for. Take any of them further on the wall with a few words, or ask for all nine again under your own direction; a sign-in keeps what you make, and it is free while Toile is new. The recipe behind each sample — the subject, the style, the palette, the framing — travels with the image rather than staying private to the render: it is in the alt text of every sample and in the page's own structured data, so a search engine reads the same handles a person would.
