A doodle frame is a hand-drawn border around an empty page, used for school projects, notes, title pages and handmade cards. These pages show the border running round the edge, with the large center left blank for writing. There are three border themes: flowers, school things and corner flourishes. Each comes in fine pen, bold marker or colored pencil. For a different theme, type it in the direction box.
- A title page for a school project
- A border around class notes
- The inside of a handmade card
- A frame for a journal page
Frequently asked questions
- Is the middle of the page blank?
- Yes. The border sits along the edge and the center stays white, so the writing or drawing goes there.
- Can I print the frame?
- Yes. Save the image and print it. The border is black line on a white page, with no text or background.
- Can I get a different border theme?
- Yes. Type the theme in the direction box, such as stars, ocean or a double border. A typed theme is a request, so the result may differ from the samples.
About toile
This page is a showcase and a starting point: nine samples already rendered, three readings of the pack crossed with three styles, each shown at the size and ratio it was made for. Take any of them further on the wall with a few words, or ask for all nine again under your own direction; a sign-in keeps what you make, and it is free while Toile is new. The recipe behind each sample — the subject, the style, the palette, the framing — travels with the image rather than staying private to the render: it is in the alt text of every sample and in the page's own structured data, so a search engine reads the same handles a person would.
