Notebook doodles are the drawings people make in the margins of class notes and on the cover of a notebook. These nine pages show a notebook page or cover filled with small pen drawings around the edges: margin doodles, a doodled cover, and a grid page. Each is drawn in ballpoint, gel pen or with highlighter. For a different theme, type it in the direction box.

Frequently asked questions

Is the middle of the margin page empty?
Yes. The doodles fill the left margin and top edge, and the lines in the middle stay empty for notes.
What does the highlighter style add?
Yellow and pink highlighter scribbled behind some of the black fineliner doodles.
Can I ask for another theme?
Yes. Type it in the direction box, such as space theme or food doodles. A typed theme is a request, so the result may differ from the samples.

About toile

This page is a showcase and a starting point: nine samples already rendered, three readings of the pack crossed with three styles, each shown at the size and ratio it was made for. Take any of them further on the wall with a few words, or ask for all nine again under your own direction; a sign-in keeps what you make, and it is free while Toile is new. The recipe behind each sample — the subject, the style, the palette, the framing — travels with the image rather than staying private to the render: it is in the alt text of every sample and in the page's own structured data, so a search engine reads the same handles a person would.
