Tea brewing charts to steep each tea at the right heat and time. The pictures give the water temperature in Celsius and Fahrenheit, the steep time and leaf per cup for white, green, oolong, black and pu-erh. A second chart shows that these tea types all come from one plant, and a third covers chamomile, peppermint, ginger, hibiscus, rooibos and lemongrass. Type a different subject, such as iced tea, chai or matcha, and the same styles carry the request.

Frequently asked questions

Do the tea types really come from one plant?
Yes. White, green, oolong, black and pu-erh are all made from the tea plant, and the chart shows them side by side with the leaf drawn beside each.
What does the brewing table give?
For each of the five teas, the water temperature in Celsius and Fahrenheit, the steep time in minutes and the leaf per cup.
Are herbal teas brewed the same way?
The chart lists them separately, each drawn as its plant with a short line on its taste. They are not made from the tea plant.
Can I ask for matcha or chai?
Type it as the direction. It is a request, not a promised result; the nine pictures shown here are the ones on this page.

About toile

This page is a showcase and a starting point: nine samples already rendered, three readings of the pack crossed with three styles, each shown at the size and ratio it was made for. Take any of them further on the wall with a few words, or ask for all nine again under your own direction; a sign-in keeps what you make, and it is free while Toile is new. The recipe behind each sample — the subject, the style, the palette, the framing — travels with the image rather than staying private to the render: it is in the alt text of every sample and in the page's own structured data, so a search engine reads the same handles a person would.
