UKG worksheets for Upper Kindergarten children in India, before Class 1. Teachers and parents print them for English, maths and EVS, the subject on plants, animals and everyday things. The three pages are a read-and-write page of two-letter words such as in, on and up, a picture addition page of five sums, and an EVS page sorting twelve fruits and vegetables into two columns. The direction box takes a different level or theme. The nine pages shown are the samples.

  • an EVS sorting activity

Frequently asked questions

What is EVS?
EVS stands for Environmental Studies, the subject in Indian primary classes that covers plants, animals and everyday things.
Are the sums within ten?
The samples are picture sums. A direction such as subtraction or Class 1 level asks for a different set.
Can I print it in black and white?
Yes. The plain black line style prints in black ink on white paper.

About toile

This page is a showcase and a starting point: nine samples already rendered, three readings of the pack crossed with three styles, each shown at the size and ratio it was made for. Take any of them further on the wall with a few words, or ask for all nine again under your own direction; a sign-in keeps what you make, and it is free while Toile is new. The recipe behind each sample — the subject, the style, the palette, the framing — travels with the image rather than staying private to the render: it is in the alt text of every sample and in the page's own structured data, so a search engine reads the same handles a person would.
