C2C crochet charts: a sleeping fox, mountains and a gingham check

C2C crochet charts — a corner-to-corner crochet graph of a sleeping fox curled on a plain ground in four colours, about fifty squares a side, an arrow at the bottom corner where the work starts, a clean colour graph, every tile filled flat in its colour with fine light-gray grid lines between them

Corner-to-corner crochet builds a blanket diagonally out of small tiles, so any pixel picture can become a throw. Each graph has one square per tile and marks the corner where the work starts. These nine cover a fox, a mountain landscape and a gingham check. Each comes as a colour graph, a black-and-white symbol graph, or a hand-coloured sheet. Type a different picture and the same layout carries it.

  • a baby blanket
  • a throw in two or three colours
  • a cushion front
  • a pixel picture turned into a blanket

Frequently asked questions

Where do I start counting?
Start at the corner each graph marks, and work the diagonal rows from there.
What are the three styles?
The colour graph fills each tile in its yarn colour. The symbol graph puts a black symbol on each tile for black-and-white printing. Graph paper is a hand-coloured sheet on squared paper.
Can I change the picture?
Yes. Type the picture you want and the same graph layout carries it.

About toile

This page is a showcase and a starting point: nine samples already rendered, three readings of the pack crossed with three styles, each shown at the size and ratio it was made for. Take any of them further on the wall with a few words, or ask for all nine again under your own direction; a sign-in keeps what you make, and it is free while Toile is new. The recipe behind each sample — the subject, the style, the palette, the framing — travels with the image rather than staying private to the render: it is in the alt text of every sample and in the page's own structured data, so a search engine reads the same handles a person would.
