Cards for Chuseok, the Korean harvest festival on the fifteenth day of the eighth lunar month, sent to parents and grandparents, or to colleagues with a gift set. Each card carries the greeting spelled exactly, in Korean and in English, with the festival's own things: songpyeon rice cakes, the full moon, persimmons. Choose hanji paper, bojagi or watercolor. Type a different palette or recipient, such as gold and navy or grandparents, and the treatments follow the request.
- a card to parents or grandparents
- a card for a gift set sent to a colleague
- a harvest moon greeting for family
- a card for a Korean class project
Frequently asked questions
- What does the greeting say?
- The family card reads 즐거운 추석 보내세요 with Happy Chuseok beneath it. The harvest card reads 풍성한 한가위 되세요. The business card reads Wishing you a bountiful Chuseok.
- Is there room for a message?
- The family card has an empty panel for one. The harvest and business cards have a blank line for a name.
- What is bojagi?
- A Korean wrapping cloth made of patched panels. The bojagi style uses geometric stitched panels of color.
- Can I ask for another palette?
- Yes. Type a palette as a direction; the design follows the request and is not a guaranteed result.
About toile
This page is a showcase and a starting point: nine samples already rendered, three readings of the pack crossed with three styles, each shown at the size and ratio it was made for. Take any of them further on the wall with a few words, or ask for all nine again under your own direction; a sign-in keeps what you make, and it is free while Toile is new. The recipe behind each sample — the subject, the style, the palette, the framing — travels with the image rather than staying private to the render: it is in the alt text of every sample and in the page's own structured data, so a search engine reads the same handles a person would.
