A salary slip format is the layout of a pay slip, the statement an employee gets each month. These nine show a monthly slip with earnings and deductions; a detailed slip with PF, ESI and TDS lines; and a simple payslip. Only the Net Pay and Earnings headings are lettered. Type a twist, such as blue header, and it is a request.

  • a pay slip layout for a small business's staff
  • a sample pay slip for a class project
  • a template for an office to fill in each month
  • a copy for an employee's file

Frequently asked questions

What are PF, ESI and TDS?
PF is provident fund, ESI is employee state insurance, and TDS is tax deducted at source. The detailed slip has a line for each.
Does the slip calculate the deductions?
No. The lines are blank figures. The arithmetic is yours.
Can I use it as a real pay slip?
It is a layout to fill in. Check the rules that apply to your payroll before you issue one.
What does the signature box do?
The shaded style has a signature box at the foot of the page. Sign the printed copy there.

About toile

This page is a showcase and a starting point: nine samples already rendered, three readings of the pack crossed with three styles, each shown at the size and ratio it was made for. Take any of them further on the wall with a few words, or ask for all nine again under your own direction; a sign-in keeps what you make, and it is free while Toile is new. The recipe behind each sample — the subject, the style, the palette, the framing — travels with the image rather than staying private to the render: it is in the alt text of every sample and in the page's own structured data, so a search engine reads the same handles a person would.
